Terms of Service
Effective: April 22, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Slowthought STL Inc. ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of the GA4P service ("the Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the AI-based web analytics support service provided by the Company, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data analysis, configuration diagnostics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) automation.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
- "Account" refers to the Google account information used by the user to sign in to the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of these Terms)
- These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. When amended, the Company will provide advance notice in the Service stating the effective date and reason.
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Natural-language analysis and visualization of GA4 data
- Diagnostics and improvement recommendations for GA4 property configuration
- Automatic creation and management of GTM tags, triggers, and variables
- Other services that the Company develops or provides through partnerships
- The Service is, in principle, provided 24/7. However, it may be temporarily suspended for reasons such as system maintenance.
Article 5 (Formation of the Use Agreement)
- A use agreement is formed when a user signs in with a Google account and agrees to these Terms.
- The Company may refuse a use application or terminate the use agreement in the following cases:
- Where another person's information is misappropriated
- Where the normal operation of the Service is interfered with
- Where applicable law is violated
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must not engage in the following acts while using the Service:
- Using another person's account without authorization
- Commercially using information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent
- Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service
- Other acts in violation of applicable law
- Users are responsible for the management of their own accounts and may not transfer or lend their account to any third party.
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
- The Company will use its best efforts to provide continuous and stable Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
- The Company publishes and adheres to a Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
- Where complaints or opinions raised by users in connection with Service use are found to be justified, the Company will take appropriate measures.
Article 8 (Restrictions on, and Suspension of, Service Use)
- The Company may restrict or suspend Service use in the following cases:
- Unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance, inspection, or replacement of Service facilities
- Where a key telecommunications carrier defined by law has suspended its service
- Force majeure, including natural disasters or national emergencies
- The Company will notify users in advance of any restriction or suspension. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is exempt from liability when it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure or comparable causes.
- The Company is not liable for disruptions to Service use attributable to the user's fault.
- AI-based analytical results and recommendations provided through the Service are for reference only; the user bears responsibility for decisions made based on them.
- The Company is not liable for changes that the user applies to Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager through the Service.
Article 10 (Paid Service and Refunds)
- Paid services are provided on a monthly subscription basis; subscription fees are charged each month on a recurring basis.
- If a user requests a refund during the subscription period, the Company will refund the amount remaining after deducting the prorated amount for the days actually used since the billing date.
- Proration: (monthly fee ÷ total days in the month) × days used
- Refund amount: monthly fee − prorated used amount
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing may take up to 7 business days depending on the payment method.
- Free Service (Free plan) is not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds may be restricted in the case of Service suspension or contract termination due to the user's fault.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property)
- Intellectual property rights to all content included in the Service (text, graphics, software, etc.) belong to the Company.
- Rights to analytical results produced by the user through the Service belong to the user.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user in connection with Service use, the parties shall consult in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
- If the consultation fails, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 13 (Personal Information Processing and DPA)
- The Company protects and processes users' personal information under the separately published Privacy Policy.
- When a user connects a GA4 property or GTM container for which they hold rights to the Service, the user acts as the Controller of the website-visitor information collected through that property/container, and the Company acts as the Processor handling such information solely for the analytical purposes entrusted by the user.
- By agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the user is deemed to have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the Company as required by Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and Article 28 of the GDPR. The specific scope of entrustment, processor obligations, and sub-processors are defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Privacy Policy.
- The Company does not permanently store individual visitor raw data from the GA4 properties or GTM containers connected by the user in any separate datastore, and uses such data only in real time and only to the extent necessary to process the user's query.
- Enterprise customers requiring a separate signed DPA may execute the Company's separate DPA form in lieu of this Article; in such case, the separate DPA shall prevail over this Article.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective as of April 22, 2026.
